Our client, the market leading continuing legal education company in the United States, is seeking a Library Relations Manager. The Library Relations Manager will be responsible for training and outreach regarding the client’s products. The position is based in New York City.
The hiring company provides the legal market with more than 400 programs annually, covering a wide variety of complex legal topics. They also offer access to its entire publications catalog through its eBook library and research tool. The company’s publications cover a broad range of legal subject matter — from Tax and Accounting to Intellectual Property, Litigation, Corporate & Securities, Banking, and more — via Course Handbooks, supplemented legal treatises, and Answer Books. The published materials are essential secondary resources for any lawyer involved in complex corporate legal matters.
The Library Relations Manager will share responsibility for training existing company clients and work with new clients to ensure they have all the tools and resources necessary to maximize the benefits of their subscription. In addition, the successful candidate will solicit and synthesize customer feedback for the product management/development team and assist with technical writing for Help Menus and Search Guides. Travel required.
