| Title: |
UX Designer |
| Department: |
Creative |
| Location: |
New York, NY |
| Type: |
Full_Time |
| Position #: |
154391 |
Description:
Good design starts and ends with the user – from
research and analysis through design and refinement. T3’s UX group is
core to its process, connecting our clients’ business requirements to
our users’ needs and desires; while leading, capturing, and translating
design decisions both within the team and to the client. If all this
sounds good to you, you may be who we’re looking for.
You should
be passionate about paying attention – an obsessively detailed thinker
with an equal aptitude for holistic concepts. You should be courageous
enough to ask all the questions, and creative enough to see challenges
from all angles at once; strong enough to throw crazy ideas in front of a
group, and analytical enough to tear those ideas apart (if need be).
Required Experience:
We
expect the UX Designer to be early in their career, but have enough
experience with the tools of the trade – wireframes, user paths, site
maps, and so on – that they can get to work right away. You’ll need a
portfolio to illustrate what you know and how your brain works, and
you’ll need to be ready to communicate how you reached your conclusions.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
Additional Comments:
T3
is one of the fastest growing independent agencies in the country, with
a proven record of producing smart, innovative work. Our collaborative
environment inspires great work, and has attracted great minds from some
of the country’s leading agencies and corporations. Maybe you’ll be
another?
